At the halfway mark for the year, private funding inched over the 50% mark, with the addition of $5,171 in June bringing the total to $56,558, or 52.4% of the goal.
The single largest component last month ($3,000) came from a private donor who generously contributes to the library on an ongoing basis. We are most grateful for this and every donor who gives their time, energy, or financial support to the library.
Book Nook sales (which topped $550; thank you Friends!), plus additional donations, fees and printing revenue — and even sales of EPL tote bags at the SRC kickoff party contributed to the results.
