Please consider how valuable the Library is to you and your family. Since 1940, we have been providing library materials, services, programs, and assistance to the community, despite recent decreases in funding. Your important - and greatly appreciated - donation will help with operating expenses; programs, and; the purchase of books, DVDs, eBooks, audiobooks, and other materials for our collection.
The Emmaus Public Library is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, therefore all donations are tax-deductible. The library will send you a letter of receipt for tax purposes. Click Here for a copy of our Annual Fund Letter, or use the PayPal link below.
Welcome to the Emmaus Public Library
Welcome to the Emmaus Public Library. The library is part of the Access Pennsylvania program and serves residents of the East Penn area (Emmaus Borough, Macungie Borough, and Upper Milford Township). Patrons from other areas holding a valid library card with an Access Pennsylvania sticker are eligible for borrowing and reference services. The Access program allows Emmaus cardholders the same privileges at other public libraries.
You must have your library card when you come to the library to borrow or renew materials. (If you forget your library card, there is a $1.00 charge to check out materials upon presentation of valid picture ID). Your library card is a permanent card; keep it always. Your information and the card will be updated periodically at the library. The replacement fee for a lost card is $5.00. As a cardholder, you have agreed to be responsible for all items borrowed and charges incurred.
