Did you know you can give your used solar eclipse glasses a second chance to shine?
Since 2008, Astronomers Without Borders has been collecting solar glasses used for viewing annual and total eclipse across the globe and sending them to communities across Africa, Asia, and North and South America that do not have access to these glasses that allow individuals to safely watch an eclipse.
Astronomers Without Borders is partnering with Warby Parker locations across the country to collect your used eclipse glasses.
Just drop your glasses off at the library, and we’ll get them to Warby Parker so they can become part of the Astronomers Without Borders program.
