We’ve recently partnered with DiscoverBooks.com to help us better manage the large amount of book donations we receive. DiscoverBooks compensates the library for your donations, then redistributes them to literacy and community-based organizations, resells, or recycles books as appropriate.
You may have noticed the large blue bins at the back of our parking lot. If you have items older than 10 years, please place them in the bins (no library materials, though!) If your items are less than 10 years old and in good condition, please bring them inside for book sales.
While we wish we could take and use every donation, we get far more than we can process and store. We appreciate your donations and understanding.
