Private funding got a nice boost last month with another $8,923 added to the total. Year to date, the thermometer stands at $51,387, or 47.6% of the 2021 target.
A $5K donation from the Kelly Automotive Group and a $1k donation from Thrivent led the way in May — thank you Kelly and Thrivent!
Results also included $540 in sales at the Friends’ Book Nook, plus the last of the proceeds from Tee Time at the Library, bringing the final tally for the first annual mini-golf event to more than $11K. Amazing.
Cash receipts (printing, fines and fees) and additional donations made up the rest.
