This year, state Sen. Lisa Boscola’s ‘Mobile Office’ hours at the Emmaus Public Library will expand from four hours a month to seven hours a week.*

Beginning next Monday (Jan. 7) and every Monday from then on — except when there’s a federal holiday — a representative from Sen. Boscola’s office will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.* in the Margaret Knoll Gardner lecture room to answer questions, assist with filling out forms or applications, and help resolve issues.

Sen. Boscola represents the 18th District, which includes parts of Northampton and Lehigh counties, including Emmaus Borough. [If you’re unsure what district you live in, you can go here to enter your address and search for your legislator.] Some of the services Sen. Boscola’s office can help with include resolving issues with driver’s licenses and registrations, completing a variety of applications and forms, working through any problems you encounter while dealing with state government or agencies, and providing senior citizens with information about health care and state property tax and rent rebates.

There are also a wealth of resources on her website, including information for new residents and lists of toll-free numbers and useful links, among others. You may also contact Sen. Boscola’s office directly through her website.

From Sen. Boscola’s website:

“My office takes great pride in assisting constituents. We will do our best to help anyone who calls, writes, emails or visits my District and Harrisburg offices. If you have a question on any state government issue, I’ll try to answer it for you. And, if I don’t have an answer, I’ll work to get you one. If you have a problem or concern with any state government agency, please tell me about it. And, of course, your input is always welcome and appreciated on any legislative issue as I work to represent the interests of the people of the 18th District. So, please feel free to call, email, write or stop in. I look forward to hearing from you.”
