The library is now offering notary services, free of charge, by appointment only for the residents of our community (Emmaus, Macungie borough, Upper Milford township) with the following guidelines: Please call the library at 610-965-9284 to make an appointment, indicating the type of notarization requested. Valid photo identification is required, such as driver’s license, government issued non-driver ID card, passport or other form of government identification providing it is current and contains a signature or a photograph.
