Want to learn more about the art installations and landmarks around the library? Now you can.
EPL has partnered with Playful City Lab on an interactive game through the Engaging Beyond Our Walls (EBOW) grant program with American University (Washington, DC).
Patrons and visitors can learn more about our colorful mosaic, Unity statue, Emmaus town marker and unique dog bench by scanning the QR codes next to each one with their phones, or texting ‘Hello’ to 484-613-2549 (standard carrier messaging/ text messaging rates apply).
The game is still in test mode and we’re seeking feedback on ways to improve it as well as what patrons and visitors enjoyed. Check it out, then download and complete a feedback form and drop it off at the library or email it to epldesk@cliu.org.
How to scan a QR code: Open the Camera app on your phone. Hold your phone so that the QR code appears in view. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.
