Would you rather…rake leaves all day, only to turn around and find the ground covered again…or curl up with a good book or movie? Silly rabbit. Until Elon or Sir Dyson come up with an affordable leaf-sucking version of a ‘Roomba’ robot vacuum, we’ll have to rake, then read — or rake while listening to audiobooks on our phone? Either way, we’ll have plenty of options to choose from.
Our latest additions for adults include 29 new novels from perennial favorites such as Janet Evanovich, Clive Cussler and Anthony Horowitz, plus nonfiction from David Sedaris, poetry from Margaret Atwood, and new DVDs including the third season of The Crown, and the final season of The Good Place.
Younger readers also have a nice big pile of books to choose from, plus loads of DVDs featuring everything from Star Wars Rebels, to Wild Kratts, to Marine Boy, Trolls World Tour and Angry Birds 2.

On OverDrive/Libby, another 208 eBooks and eAudiobooks have been added in the past two weeks, including quite a few choices for kids (some of which are in Spanish). Lots of new picks for adults have also joined the digital library, which now nears 19,000 items.
