Showing your library card gets you access to great things all year round, but during Library Card Sign-up Month, it will also get you the chance to win $100 in a national contest. (Don’t have a card? Go here to find out how to get one.)
Snap a picture of yourself with your library card and post it to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #GetLibraryCarded to help spread the word about the value of libraries. You’ll be automatically entered in a drawing to win a $100 Visa gift card from the American Library Association.
You can also submit an entry by posting a comment or wall post on their I Love Libraries Facebook page.
