Columbus Day Programs for Kids
Remember, sometimes the library is open when school is closed. This October we have two special programs on Columbus Day.
- Columbus Day Board Games. Monday, October 10th @ 10AM. For Ages 8 & up.
- Creative Play for Columbus Day: Exploring! Monday, October 10th @ 2PM. School might be closed but we’re open & ready to Explore New Ideas!
Other new programs in October include Genealogy, for adults, and a chance to interact with local homeschoolers during Homeschool Share Fair: Poetry. Click here to go to the calendar page.
Look for Us in the Emmaus Halloween Parade
For the second year, the Library will be marching in the parade Saturday, October 15. A big Thank You to the Friends of the Library for purchasing the mini pencils we’ll be giving to children along the way.
It’s Mum Season – We Have Dan Shantz Coupons

The holidays are just around the corner!
11th Annual Friends Holiday Book Sale and Reception, Friday, December 2, 6:00-8:00pm. All are welcome to join the Friends at a reception featuring cheese, crackers, wine and punch. Browse the selection of pre-enjoyed books in gift-worthy condition at budget-pleasing prices.
Emmaus Old-Fashioned Christmas, Saturday, December 3 – The Liberty Lane Singers will once again perform at the library, where we will have crafts and storytimes throughout the day.
