Phileas Fogg has made a bet of his entire fortune that he can travel around the globe in only eighty days - without an airplane! Literary Lunch Junior is reading and discussing the classic adventure tale, Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne. For fourth and fifth graders, we meet over lunch (kids bring a bag lunch, Miss Sue provides juice and a dessert) and talk about a book that the kids have read. First ten to sign up receive a free copy of the book! Sign ups begin the first week of the previous month - at the circulation desk.
